- Discriminatory or hostile words should not be used in any form. Profile pictures are part of this.
- Create several accounts to play Rummy Glee, Rummy Gold, or Poker Gold, or store chips, and all accounts will be banned!
- If you lose on purpose in order to move chips, we may catch you, and you will lose all of your chips as well as face a possible suspension from the site.
- Make every effort to sell chips, no matter what the cost or the risks involved.
- Rummy Glee, VISIONARIA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, or its authorized dealers in suitable areas are the only places where you may get chips.
- Using numerous accounts or friends on the same table to disrupt other players’ games is not permitted. In the event that we find or have reasonable suspicion that you are colluding with others, we may seize all of your chips and/or bar you from playing Rummy Glee, Rummy Gold or Poker Gold..
- Facebook passwords should not be shared. Your Facebook password will never be requested by Rummy Glee, Rummy Gold/Poker Gold, or any of its representatives.
TRANSFERS IN CHIPS
- If the above-mentioned action is found to be a breach of our Terms of Service, it will be vigorously enforced by jail.
- Transferring chips to anybody else at the table while losing focus at the table (or yourself on another account)
- Attempt to sell chips by any means or under any conditions.
- Attempt to purchase chips from anybody other than Rummy Glee, VISIONARIA SOLUTIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, or its authorised resellers in the right markets.
COLLUSION
Playing with numerous accounts or buddies at the same table to sabotage the games of other players is prohibited. In the event that we find or have reasonable suspicion that you are conspiring with others, we may take all of your chips and/or prohibit you from participating in Rummy Glee and/or Rummy Gold altogether.
ACCOUNTS
You are only permitted to have one account on each platform. Additionally, you are unable to utilise several accounts in an effort to get free chips (aka chip farming). It is our policy to take appropriate punishment steps if any of this activity is detected, including confiscation of your chips, account suspension, and/or permanent ban from our site. Only we are responsible for deciding the punishment and how it is enforced.
CHIP FARMING
Abusing Rummy Glee, Rummy Gold/Poker Gold’s terms and conditions by using scripts and manual methods to amass free chips is not permitted. All your chips will be seized, your accounts will be suspended, or you will be permanently banned if you engage in any of these acts, which are strictly prohibited.
Refund and cancellation policies are as follows:
Chips can’t be refunded after they’ve been given to players. For whatever reason, your chips were not awarded, please get in touch with us and we’ll have your chips granted right away. You’ll get your money back within 7 days if we’re unable to provide you with the chips you ordered.
